Miroljub Aleksić

Founder and owner of Alco Group - The ALCO group consists of Alfa-Plam from Vranje, Pionir from Subotica with 3 factories, Hissar Prokuplje, Tipoplastika from Gornji Milanovac, Jugotehna, Cobex, Amasis and Naš Stan from Belgrade.

Part of "A Hotel" consists of Hotels - Izvor in Arandjelovac, Grand Tornik on Zlatibor, Sloboda in Šabac, Master in Novi Sad, and Park in Vrnjačka Banja. All companies of the ALCO group operate successfully and employ more than 2,500 workers. Among the 30 largest brands in Serbia, as many as 4 belong to companies from this group.

Achievements:
European Candy Kettle Club declares "Pionir" the winner and member of this prestigious association in 2010, and Aleksić the best manager. The Association of Serbian Journalists declared him the Business Man of the Year for 2011.

The Belgrade Chamber of Commerce declared him the Business Man of the Year for 2012. He is the vice-president of the Serbian Chamber of Commerce and the vice-president of the national council for the Development of Tourism of the RS.

Regularly helps humanitarian actions and important our sports representatives. Reads books and plays sports.

He lives in seclusion with his wife, B.Sc. eq. Biljana Aleksić, with whom he has three adult children.

Prof. Slobodan Unković PhD - emeritus

He graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Belgrade in 1961, a master's degree and a doctorate in 1963 and 1966.
His further studies included specialization at Stanford University in the USA, as well as at universities in Great Britain and Italy. He was elected full professor at the Faculty of Economics in Belgrade in 1980.

Professor Emeritus.

Former Serbian politician and diplomat, full professor of the Faculty of Economics in Belgrade, rector of the University of Belgrade, and dean of the Faculty of Economics in Belgrade.

He was the president of the Expert Council of the Federal Committee for Tourism, an expert of the World Tourism Organization, a member of the World Organization of Tourism Experts, executive bodies of specialized world professional associations, as well as a member of the Executive Committee of the International Association of Universities, the Presidency of the European Rectors' Conference and the representative of Yugoslavia in the Council of Europe.

The biography of Prof. Unkovića can be found in the world-famous publication "Who is Who in the World". He received the highest award from the World Tourism Organization of the United Nations for his contribution to the development of tourism in the world. The holder of several domestic and foreign awards: an honorary professor of Lomonosov University in Moscow, Zhenmin University in Beijing, as well as an honorary doctor of Lincoln University in the USA and Mediteran University in Podgorica. He was the President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 1991, as well as the Vice President of the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Minister of Science and Technology. He was also the ambassador of FR Yugoslavia in Beijing.

Prof. Slobodan Čerović PhD

He graduated from the Faculty of Economics in 1977, obtained his master's degree in 1981, and defended his doctoral dissertation in March 2002 at the University of Novi Sad - Faculty of Sciences, Department for Geography, Tourism, and Hospitality on the topic "Strategic Adjustment of Serbia's Tourism Economy to Market Changes."

He has been with the Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality Management at Singidunum University since 2008, and was appointed as a full professor in 2012. He served as the Dean of the Faculty from 2014 to 2022.

He was the General Director of HP "Metropol" - which included Hotel Metropol, Hotel Yugoslavia, the Vinogradi restaurant, and the Businessmen's Club restaurant in Terazije from 1985 to 2000.

He served as the Minister of Tourism in the Government of the Republic of Serbia from 1998 to 2000.

He performed the role of Vice President of the "Dunav Insurance" company, in charge of tourism. He was twice elected President of the Association of Tourism and Hospitality Industry of Serbia; a member of the presidency of the Tourist Organization of Belgrade in two terms; a member of the Chamber of Commerce of the City of Belgrade, in the Chamber of Commerce of Yugoslavia, a member of the Commission and Committee for Tourism, as well as the Committee for Marketing and Management. He was also a member of the presidency of the Tourist Organization of Aranđelovac in one term.

He was awarded the "Tourist Flower of Serbia" in 1987. He has published over 170 scientific and professional papers in the fields of business economics, tourism, management in tourism and hospitality, economics, human resources management, etc. He is the author of two projects on hotel investments for a partner from England. He taught subjects such as Human Resources Management in Hospitality, Economic and Financial Analysis in Tourism and Hospitality, Design and Construction and Protection of Space in Hospitality, Economics, Macroeconomics, Audit and Control in Hospitality, and Management in Hospitality. He is also an author and co-author of several books and monographs in the field of hospitality and tourism.
